You are actually making your thoughts a reality through a mind                                    mechanism called your RAS.

So, how does your RAS work? Huge topic. I have a video in, my favorite videos. A lot on YouTube.

For us, it's a huge bunch of cells located in your brain just above your spinal cord, about the size as the top part of your thumb. It does lots of things, but it's called your reticular activating system, which means, net like or filter. A place where your physical and mental presence meet. One of the many things it does is filter through the hundreds of thousands of pieces of sensory data it notices every minute but only filters through to your conscience mind data important to you, knowing that your conscience mind can only process 3 to 9 pieces of data per second. A big job.

This is a huge ability that you have absolute control over.

The best example of your RAS working is, if you want to buy a car, you choose one, buy it, then all of a sudden you notice them everywhere. Were they all waiting for you to buy one before all hitting the streets? No, your RAS didn't bring it to your attention until it was important to.

How does your RAS know what's important to you? What's its only reference?

Your thoughts, what you spend your time thinking about?
