Dealing with mental pathogens e.g. stress, anxiety, depression, sense of hopelessness etc.


Dealing with what I call, mental pathogens e.g. stress, anxiety, depression, sense of hopelessness etc.

Now they do have a place. With stress and anxiety comes an increase heart rate and deeper breathing which deliver extra oxygen to your brain and muscles for preparation for a fight or flight response to an emergency.

 But that's it for me guys. It's open season on unwanted attention of mental pathogens.

 I have called them mental pathogens and deal with them the same way the body deals with physical pathogens. eg. vires, bacteria, fungus etc.

By using our magnificent immune system as our guide and example.

Scout cells continually circulating in our blood stream, to detect pathogens at a cellular level called antigens.

Once detected and recognized, our immune system makes vast amounts matching anti bodies which bind to the antigens lighting them up for the large killer white cell called Phagocytes to come and destroy them.

Not to put a to finer point on it, Phagocytes captures, digests and excretes waste of destroy Antigen.

Let's do the same shall we, with mental pathogens.


Once we recognize a mental pathogen, phagocytosis the hell out of it however you like.
I tell them to get to the woodshed and wait for me there. I'll be along when I'm ready with a big switch.


Using the storms and circumstances that life throughs at us to propel us to our desired destinations.


Just as ocean going race yachts use the available sea conditions, no matter what they are, using only the set of their sails and steering of the rudder to harness and direct this force to their advantage and use it to propel them to their desired destinations'

So, likewise, we can use the prevailing winds and storms of life to propel us towards our life goals and desires, harnessing their power by the setting of our thoughts and the steering of our passions and determination.

There will be mountains to clime,
There will be rivers to cross, 
There will be hurdles to jump, 

They are very nessissary for your growth.
